You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to open an account and participate in any gambling activity on dew212. Age verification is mandatory at registration and may be repeated at any point during your membership.
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on dew212. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party.
All financial transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via supported local bank channels including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be turned over the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
Fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, and any activity that manipulates game outcomes are strictly forbidden. dew212 reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and recover funds where such conduct is detected.
dew212 operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by internationally recognised principles of gaming law. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration as described in Section 16 below.
Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dew212 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on dew212, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document:
2.1 By accessing dew212 or completing the account registration process, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.3 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms.

Age Restriction: dew212 operates a strict 21+ policy. Creating an account while under the legal age is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence. We employ robust age-verification measures and report underage gambling attempts to the appropriate authorities.
4.1 To access the full range of services on dew212, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.
4.2 Each person is entitled to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
4.3 You are responsible for ensuring that the information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. Notify our support team promptly at [email protected] if any of your registered details change.
4.4 dew212 reserves the right to refuse any application for registration without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
5.2 You must notify dew212 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
5.3 dew212 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to our receipt of a valid security notification will be treated as authorised by you.
5.4 We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature is available at no cost within your Account settings and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
6.1 All deposits must be made using payment methods approved by dew212. Currently supported methods include local bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
6.2 All Account balances and transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. dew212 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction ceilings.
6.3 Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where practicable, with the associated Account subject to suspension pending investigation.
6.4 dew212 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which dew212 accepts no responsibility.
6.5 Funds deposited to dew212 are to be used solely for the purpose of wagering on the Platform. dew212 is not a financial institution and does not offer interest on Account balances.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the dew212 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
7.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only.
7.3 Standard withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 1–24 hours during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). VIP-tier members benefit from priority processing, with most requests completed within 1–4 hours.
7.4 Before any withdrawal is processed, dew212 may require the Player to complete KYC verification to the satisfaction of our compliance team. See Section 10 for full KYC requirements.

8.1 dew212 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian holidays such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
8.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:
8.3 Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Claiming a new deposit bonus while a prior bonus rollover is in progress may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
8.4 dew212 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice provided on the Platform where reasonably practicable.
9.1 All bets placed on dew212 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event. Sport-specific rules (including football, badminton, MotoGP, esports, and others) and game-specific rules (including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, and slot games) are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.
9.2 Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the Player except where an explicit cash-out option is offered and exercised prior to settlement.
9.3 In the event of an obvious error in published odds or game settings — including typographical errors, system malfunctions, or data feed failures — dew212 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
9.4 The maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits applicable to specific markets and games are published on the Platform and may be amended at the Platform's discretion. dew212 reserves the right to limit the bet size accepted from any Player at any time without being required to provide a reason.
9.5 Settlement of sports bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1, BWF for badminton). Where no official result is available within a reasonable timeframe, dew212 will determine the appropriate settlement method at its reasonable discretion.
10.1 dew212 is committed to responsible and compliant platform operation. As part of this commitment, we require Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds or upon request at any point during the account lifecycle.

11.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on dew212 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
11.2 Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, dew212 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the Account; void any bets placed in connection with the prohibited activity; withhold or recover funds associated with the prohibited conduct; and report the matter to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
12.1 dew212 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player-protection tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
12.2 Players who believe they may have developed a problematic relationship with gambling are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools and to contact our support team, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, at [email protected].

12.4 dew212 will honour all self-exclusion requests immediately upon receipt. A Player who has self-excluded must not attempt to open a new Account during the exclusion period. Any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and all associated funds returned.
13.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of dew212 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of dew212.
13.3 The dew212 name, logo, and all related marks, trade names, and service marks are the exclusive property of dew212. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dew212 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
14.2 Where liability cannot be excluded by law, dew212's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits dew212's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
15.1 dew212 collects, uses, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
15.2 We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and restricted internal data access, to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.
15.3 We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory or law-enforcement bodies as required by applicable law.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law as applied by dew212's licensing jurisdiction.
16.2 In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting dew212's customer support team at [email protected]. dew212 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.
16.3 If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by dew212. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.4 Notwithstanding the above, dew212 retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
17.1 dew212 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice posted on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal or security reasons.
17.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Archived versions of prior Terms are available upon written request to our support team.
17.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
